Myleene's been a busy bee recently, so we thought we'd give you a little update on what she has been up to. As we write this, Myleene is in India with Mayor Ken Livingstone representing London to help strengthen ties with the country – but don't worry she returns on Friday (23rd) for her radio shows on Classic FM and Capital FM at the weekend.
We've just added some festive TV appearances to the schedule 'Nevermind the Buzzcocks' and 'Star Traders', more info on those soon as well as other appearances coming up. Myleene will also be heading to Marrakech in December to the International Film Festival in Marrakech. She'll be filming for CNN's 'The Screening Room' which we'll be screened shortly after on CNN International -we'll post a screening date when we have it.
And finally in case you haven't heard, Myleene has been signed up for another year with M&S – and though she isn't in the winter collection advert – she'll be back on our screens in the spring collection promotions, so that should give you something to look forward to throughout this cold, damp winter.

As the ambassador for EMI Classics, Myleene is regularly sent material from new artists and groups on the label and the moment she heard a demo of the choir, Kindred Spirits, she was smitten. Having met the children, Myleene agreed to support Kindred Spirits and help with any promotional activity she will be able to fulfil.
Myleene said, “The moment I heard the demo CD of Kindred Spirits, I knew I wanted to be involved in the project. Maybe it's because I'm a new mum, but these children are adorable and so talented.
A choir with a difference, Kindred Spirits features over 20 members aged between 6 and 14. Following extensive auditions, the choir embraces the diversity of 21st Century Britain, featuring children one would see in any classroom or playground up and down the country. Talented, professional and hugely excited about the project, the childrens' enthusiasm exudes through every track on the album.
The album features the choir's own take on tracks as diverse as Coldplay's ‘Fix You', ‘Here Comes The Sun' and the Christmas carol, ‘In The Bleak Midwinter.' Recorded over the summer in London, the album is set to become a ‘must have' this Christmas. Members of Kindred Spirits include Nyota Izeidi (10) from South East London; Flora Grace Higgins (10) from Southwark; Patrick Bell (12) from North London and Jenna Katie Harris (13) from Totteridge, who helped her grandmother overcome a stroke and regain her speech by singing Abba at her bedside.
